Georgia Chamber SMART Plan
The Georgia Chamber SMART Plan launched in 2018 as a new, comprehensive health program offered to small businesses that are members of the Chamber or
are a part of the Chamber Federation. Administered through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, the
