The purpose of the fund is to invest in the civic, professional growth and development of aspiring college-bound students of Haitian descent in the State of Georgia.

The BEL Initiative is a fellowship program that gives entrepreneurs, business or community leaders from Haiti the chance to explore business culture in the United States over the summer.

GAHCCI is organized for educational purposes to advance business and economic interests of the Haitian-American community in Georgia and to promote trade and investment in Haiti.
