Description

Our task is to transform the raw breadfruit into flour, which is part of the agricultural sector, although in Haiti this sector is in decline. Thus, our company focuses on the transformation of the breadfruit into flour. In this line of thought, we value the fruits that previously did not have a high market value and thus give life to the sector by creating wealth. To better succeed in this project of transformation of the fruit of the real tree into flour, we create links with the peasant producers to be able to find more easily the fruit of the real tree while organizing for them trainings and the data of the accompaniments to maintain the perennity of the product by renewing this tree with nurseries and avoiding to use them to make charcoal.
