Eritaj Scholarship
The Eritaj Scholarship program supports scholars of our community through the Scholarship Fund led by the GAHCCI Foundation, Inc. The GAHCCI Foundation, Inc was instituted in 2024 as our philanthropic arm that manages our giving activities.
Through the GAHCCI Foundation, we raise funds that allows us to invest in the growth and development of aspiring college-bound students of Haitian descent in Georgia. As of 2024, over $80,000 in scholarships have been awarded since the inception of the program.
Eritaj Business Awards
The Eritaj (Legacy) Annual Business Awards is the opportunity to celebrate businesses, organizations or individuals who are positively progressing in business and/or contributing to the community. Honorees will be awarded at our annual Pwochen Lidè Gala in front of their peers and the community. Selected honorees must have active membership in GAHCCI.
BEL Initiative Program
BEL Initiative seeks to stimulate investments, job creation, and sustainability in Haiti by driving business development, promoting entrepreneurship, promoting trade and cultivating transformational leadership. BEL provides support to entrepreneurs in Haiti and the United States. The initiative is also organizing trade missions to fulfill the chamber’s mission. Learn more at belinitiative.com
PPRNE (Preen) Program
The PPRNE (Pinnacle Project: Reaching Nonprofit Excellence) program was piloted in the fall of 2023. It aims to empower nonprofit businesses by providing the tools, resources, and guidance needed to achieve excellent in their missions and operations.
The PPRNE program was piloted in the fall of 2023 and is now being launched as a full-scale initiative by the chamber as a program to support our nonprofit members and our social entrepreneur members who are interested in establishing a nonprofit arm for their organizations.
While we have established it for the members of the chamber, the training is available to non-members during its sessions.
